Located within a five-minute drive are two 18-hole golf courses, Sandpiper Isle and the larger master association, The Lakes of Sherbrooke, offer their residents a number of amenities that make life easier, enjoyable, and more care-free. A major benefit to many of the community-wide amenities is the reduced cost to each resident versus the cost if each resident individually and privately acquired the same amenity. You cannot underestimate the quality-of-life made possible by some of the Sandpiper Isle amenities. All the amenities listed below are included in your HOA fees and are provided by the associations.
Sandpiper Isle Amenities
- Gated-access and private roads.
- Beautiful backyard lake views from nearly eighty percent of the premium home sites in the community.
- Sidewalks throughout the community.
- Community-wide landscaping. Includes lawn service, bush and hedge trimming and tree trimming. No need to own heavy lawn equipment in Sandpiper Isle
- A clubhouse and pool, shared with another small, gated community may be used for events and made available for small parties.
Lakes of Sherbrooke Amenities
The Lakes of Sherbrooke is the master association. They offer an array of amenities to the entire community. All Sandpiper Isle residents enjoy these Lakes of Sherbrooke amenities as well.
- Large swimming pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, poolside restrooms, and showers.
- Clubhouse for community events and private parties.
- Tennis and shuffleboard courts.
- Children's playground and picnic area.
- Various annual events for Memorial Day, Independence Day, etc.
